Recruit Engineering is an engineering recruiting firm. We help companies across the United States and Canada hire engineers, and help engineers find their next role.
We focus on the fields where a generalist recruiter tends to struggle: civil and structural, mechanical, electrical, industrial, environmental and renewable energy, aerospace and defense, and biomedical engineering. A structural engineer’s job description and a controls engineer’s have almost nothing in common, so we screen against what the role actually demands — licensure, software, project type, site conditions, security clearance — not against keywords.
For employers
Tell us about the role, the team it sits in and what has made it hard to fill. Our recruiters run the search and present a short list of screened candidates. We work on contingency: you pay a fee only when you hire someone we introduced.
For engineers
Send us your résumé and tell us what you want next — the discipline, the location, the kind of project. We contact you only about roles that fit, and we never send your résumé to an employer without your agreement for that specific role.
