The employer is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer in Dallas, TX. In this role you will lead technical work alongside an experienced industrial & manufacturing engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Dallas location.
What you’ll do
- Support new product introduction on the production floor
- Write work instructions and process documentation
- Lead PFMEAs and root-cause investigations
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Working knowledge of lean and continuous improvement
- Experience in a production manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving ability
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Experience with automation and robotics
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Dallas, TX is $97,000 – $124,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
