Our Tulsa office is growing, and we need a Senior Energy Engineer who can lead technical work from day one. You will work closely with a collaborative energy engineering group and report to the energy engineering manager. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Tulsa location.
What you’ll do
- Conduct energy audits of commercial and industrial facilities
- Run measurement and verification of completed projects
- Write reports and present results to clients
- Design solar PV and battery storage systems
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Energy Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong spreadsheet and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of building systems and energy efficiency
- Client-facing communication skills
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- CEM or PE certification
- Experience with incentive programs
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Tulsa, OK is $100,000 – $127,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
