We are hiring an Associate Project Engineer to join our construction engineering team in Lowell. You will learn quickly and contribute on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Lowell location.
What you’ll do
- Attend owner and subcontractor meetings and keep minutes
- Support closeout documentation
- Track budgets and costs alongside the project manager
- Review drawings and specifications for conflicts
- Manage RFIs, submittals and change orders on commercial construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors and track the project schedule
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Experience with Procore or similar construction software
Nice to have
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience on projects over $20M
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Lowell, MA is $67,000 – $85,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
