As an Associate Electrical Engineer with the employer, you will learn quickly and contribute and help shape how the electrical & computer engineering team works. This position is based in Rochester, MN. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Rochester location.
What you’ll do
- Support EMC, safety and regulatory testing
- Design analog, digital and power circuits for new products
- Capture schematics and guide PCB layout in Altium
- Maintain bills of materials and work with component suppliers
- Simulate circuits and perform worst-case analysis
- Bring up and validate prototype hardware in the lab
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Ability to read and interpret datasheets
- Hands-on experience with lab test equipment
- Strong analog and digital circuit fundamentals
Nice to have
- Experience with power electronics or motor drives
- Experience with UL or IEC certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Rochester, MN is $77,000 – $98,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
