As a Senior RF Engineer with the employer, you will lead technical work and help shape how the electrical & computer engineering team works. This position is based in Lakewood, CO. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Lakewood location.
What you’ll do
- Measure performance with network and spectrum analyzers
- Calculate link budgets and system requirements
- Support FCC and carrier certification testing
- Design and characterize RF front ends and antennas
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to troubleshoot at the board level
- Strong RF and microwave fundamentals
- Experience with RF simulation tools
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Experience with phased arrays
- Graduate degree with an RF focus
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Lakewood, CO is $140,000 – $178,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
