As an Associate Aerospace Engineer with the employer, you will learn quickly and contribute and help shape how the aerospace engineering team works. This position is based in Lewisville, TX. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Lewisville location.
What you’ll do
- Prepare certification and compliance documentation
- Run stress, thermal and dynamics analyses
- Analyze aircraft and spacecraft structures and systems
- Work across design, manufacturing and supplier teams
- Write test plans and support qualification testing
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- Solid understanding of aerospace structures or systems
- Experience with FEA tools such as NASTRAN or ANSYS
- Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance may be required
Nice to have
- Experience with FAA certification
- Composite structures experience
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Lewisville, TX is $84,000 – $107,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
