The employer is looking for a Lead Industrial Engineer in Las Vegas, NV. In this role you will set technical direction alongside an experienced industrial & manufacturing engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Las Vegas office.
What you’ll do
- Run time studies and set labor standards
- Build capacity and staffing models
- Map value streams and lead kaizen events
- Design facility layouts and material flow
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
- Set technical standards and guide decisions across multiple projects
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Clear communication with operations teams
- Experience with layout or simulation software
- Knowledge of lean tools
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with FlexSim or Arena
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Las Vegas, NV is $107,000 – $136,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
