As an Associate Manufacturing Engineer with the employer, you will learn quickly and contribute and help shape how the industrial & manufacturing engineering team works. This position is based in Everett, WA. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Everett location.
What you’ll do
- Drive scrap reduction, cycle-time and cost improvements
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Design fixtures, tooling and work cells
- Lead PFMEAs and root-cause investigations
- Support new product introduction on the production floor
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Strong problem-solving ability
- CAD skills for fixture design
- Experience in a production manufacturing environment
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience with automation and robotics
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Everett, WA is $70,000 – $89,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
