As a Robotics Engineer with the employer, you will work independently and help shape how the mechanical engineering team works. This position is based in Pomona, CA. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Pomona location.
What you’ll do
- Work across mechanical, electrical and software teams
- Develop software for robot perception, planning and control
- Integrate sensors, actuators and compute hardware
- Tune and validate robot performance in the lab and the field
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Hands-on robotics experience
- Experience with ROS or ROS 2
- Strong C++ or Python skills
Nice to have
- Graduate degree in robotics
- Experience with SLAM or computer vision
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Pomona, CA is $129,000 – $165,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
