We are hiring an Associate Field Service Engineer to join our mechanical engineering team in Milwaukee. You will learn quickly and contribute on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Milwaukee office.
What you’ll do
- Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and software issues
- Install, commission and service equipment at customer sites
- Train customer operators and maintenance staff
- Document service visits and feed issues back to engineering
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service skills
Nice to have
- Experience servicing medical or semiconductor equipment
- Experience with industrial automation equipment
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Milwaukee, WI is $53,000 – $68,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
