We are hiring an Associate Structural Engineer to join our civil engineering team in Santa Clarita. You will learn quickly and contribute on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Santa Clarita location.
What you’ll do
- Perform condition assessments of existing structures
- Build analysis models in RISA, ETABS or SAP2000
- Analyze and design steel, concrete, masonry and wood structures
- Prepare calculations and structural drawings coordinated in Revit
- Review shop drawings and answer contractor RFIs
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Experience with structural analysis software
- Strong hand-calculation skills
- Clear communication with architects and contractors
Nice to have
- Seismic design experience
- PE or SE license
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Santa Clarita, CA is $80,000 – $102,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
