We are hiring a Biomedical Engineer to join our biomedical engineering team in Macon. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Macon location.
What you’ll do
- Design and develop medical devices under design controls
- Maintain risk management files
- Write verification and validation protocols and reports
- Support regulatory submissions
- Work with clinicians to gather user needs
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical or Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in a regulated medical device environment
- CAD skills
- Experience writing test protocols
Nice to have
- Experience with 510(k) submissions
- Experience with Class II or Class III devices
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Macon, GA is $90,000 – $114,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
