The employer is looking for an Associate Quality Engineer in Fort Worth, TX. In this role you will learn quickly and contribute alongside an experienced industrial & manufacturing engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Fort Worth location.
What you’ll do
- Work with suppliers to resolve quality issues
- Develop inspection plans and control plans
- Own corrective and preventive action (CAPA) investigations
- Support customer and third-party audits
- Monitor processes with statistical process control
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Root-cause analysis skills (8D, 5 Whys, fishbone)
- Working knowledge of SPC and measurement systems analysis
- Experience with ISO 9001 or a similar quality management system
Nice to have
- Experience with AS9100, IATF 16949 or ISO 13485
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Fort Worth, TX is $59,000 – $76,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
