Understand the figures

What the salary range means

The U.S. range covers the middle half of reported pay. About 25% earn below the lower amount and 25% earn above the upper amount. Half earn below the median and half above it. These are pay ranges, rather than junior or senior experience levels.

Occupation and currency matter

U.S. wage data uses broad occupation categories. Some recruiting specialties share a category. Toronto uses Job Bank low, median and high hourly wages in CAD for 2023–2024. Unpublished figures stay unfilled.
