We are hiring a Software Engineer to join our software engineering team in Surprise. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Surprise office.
What you’ll do
- Write clean, well-tested code and review pull requests from teammates
- Partner with product managers and designers to scope and estimate new work
- Automate repetitive build, test and release steps
- Improve performance, reliability and observability across the services you own
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms and software design principles
- Comfort working with version control, code review and automated testing
- Professional experience shipping production software in at least one modern language
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- Experience building distributed systems or event-driven architectures
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Surprise, AZ is $114,000 – $146,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
