We are hiring a Software Engineer to join our software engineering team in San Antonio. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our San Antonio location.
What you’ll do
- Partner with product managers and designers to scope and estimate new work
- Contribute to technical design documents and architecture discussions
- Design, build and maintain services and features used by thousands of customers every day
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, and write the follow-up that keeps them from recurring
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Professional experience shipping production software in at least one modern language
- Comfort working with version control, code review and automated testing
- Experience with relational databases and writing efficient SQL
Nice to have
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in San Antonio, TX is $121,000 – $154,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
