The employer is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer in Fort Worth, TX. In this role you will work independently alongside an experienced software engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Fort Worth location.
What you’ll do
- Lead incident response and write blameless post-incident reviews
- Build tooling that removes toil from operations work
- Improve the observability stack: metrics, logs and traces
- Define service level objectives with product teams and track error budgets
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in Go, Python or a similar language
- Experience operating large-scale production systems
- Experience with modern observability tooling
Nice to have
- Experience with chaos engineering
- Experience in a regulated or high-availability environment
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Fort Worth, TX is $123,000 – $157,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
