We are hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to join our systems engineering team in St. Petersburg. You will lead technical work on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our St. Petersburg location.
What you’ll do
- Plan and track verification and validation activities
- Build system models in SysML
- Develop and manage system and subsystem requirements
- Lead technical reviews with customers and suppliers
- Define interfaces and maintain interface control documents
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to work across disciplines
- Strong written communication
- Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS or Jama
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler
- INCOSE certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in St. Petersburg, FL is $123,000 – $157,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
