As a Senior Systems Engineer with the employer, you will lead technical work and help shape how the systems engineering team works. This position is based in San Antonio, TX. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our San Antonio location.
What you’ll do
- Build system models in SysML
- Lead technical reviews with customers and suppliers
- Plan and track verification and validation activities
- Develop and manage system and subsystem requirements
- Define interfaces and maintain interface control documents
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS or Jama
- Knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle
- Ability to work across disciplines
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- INCOSE certification
- Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in San Antonio, TX is $124,000 – $158,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
