Our Mobile office is growing, and we need a Senior RF Engineer who can lead technical work from day one. You will work closely with a collaborative electrical & computer engineering group and report to the electrical & computer engineering manager. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Mobile location.
What you’ll do
- Measure performance with network and spectrum analyzers
- Design and characterize RF front ends and antennas
- Calculate link budgets and system requirements
- Support FCC and carrier certification testing
- Simulate RF circuits in Keysight ADS or HFSS
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to troubleshoot at the board level
- Experience with RF simulation tools
- Strong RF and microwave fundamentals
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Graduate degree with an RF focus
- Experience with phased arrays
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Mobile, AL is $133,000 – $169,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
