We are hiring a Senior Reliability Engineer to join our mechanical engineering team in Amarillo. You will lead technical work on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Amarillo office.
What you’ll do
- Develop reliability-centered maintenance strategies for critical equipment
- Analyze failure data and lead root-cause investigations
- Track and report on equipment availability and mean time between failures
- Run predictive maintenance programs (vibration, thermography, oil analysis)
- Improve preventive maintenance plans in the CMMS
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with a CMMS such as SAP PM or Maximo
- Knowledge of FMEA and RCA methods
- Experience in an industrial maintenance or reliability role
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Vibration analyst certification
- CMRP certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Amarillo, TX is $112,000 – $143,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
