We are hiring a Senior Project Engineer to join our construction engineering team in Riverside. You will lead technical work on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Riverside location.
What you’ll do
- Support closeout documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors and track the project schedule
- Review drawings and specifications for conflicts
- Manage RFIs, submittals and change orders on commercial construction projects
- Attend owner and subcontractor meetings and keep minutes
- Track budgets and costs alongside the project manager
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Comfort working on active job sites
- Experience with Procore or similar construction software
- Strong organizational skills
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience on projects over $20M
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Riverside, CA is $117,000 – $149,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
