We are hiring a Senior Network Engineer to join our software engineering team in Albuquerque. You will lead technical work on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Albuquerque location.
What you’ll do
- Configure routing, switching, firewalls and SD-WAN
- Document network designs and standards
- Design, build and support enterprise LAN, WAN and data center networks
- Automate network changes with Python and Ansible
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot outages
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Clear documentation habits
- Strong routing and switching knowledge (BGP, OSPF)
- Firewall administration experience
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud networking
- CCNP or CCIE certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Albuquerque, NM is $124,000 – $157,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
