We are hiring a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our industrial & manufacturing engineering team in Nashville. You will lead technical work on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Nashville location.
What you’ll do
- Lead PFMEAs and root-cause investigations
- Support new product introduction on the production floor
- Drive scrap reduction, cycle-time and cost improvements
- Design fixtures, tooling and work cells
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in a production manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of lean and continuous improvement
- CAD skills for fixture design
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience with automation and robotics
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $97,000 – $124,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
