We are hiring a Senior Industrial Engineer to join our industrial & manufacturing engineering team in Phoenix. You will lead technical work on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Phoenix location.
What you’ll do
- Map value streams and lead kaizen events
- Run time studies and set labor standards
- Build capacity and staffing models
- Design facility layouts and material flow
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of lean tools
- Clear communication with operations teams
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Experience with FlexSim or Arena
- Lean Six Sigma certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Phoenix, AZ is $94,000 – $119,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
