The employer is looking for a Senior Industrial Engineer in Fargo, ND. In this role you will lead technical work alongside an experienced industrial & manufacturing engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Fargo location.
What you’ll do
- Run time studies and set labor standards
- Build capacity and staffing models
- Design facility layouts and material flow
- Map value streams and lead kaizen events
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
- Clear communication with operations teams
- Knowledge of lean tools
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with FlexSim or Arena
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Fargo, ND is $91,000 – $115,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
