We are hiring a Senior Hardware Engineer to join our electrical & computer engineering team in Phoenix. You will lead technical work on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Phoenix location.
What you’ll do
- Lead board bring-up and hardware validation
- Work with firmware engineers to debug hardware-software issues
- Drive designs through manufacturing release
- Perform signal and power integrity analysis
- Design high-speed digital boards with processors, memory and FPGAs
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience designing complex multilayer PCBs
- Experience with Cadence or Altium
- Lab skills with oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Experience with HyperLynx or similar SI tools
- FPGA development experience
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Phoenix, AZ is $141,000 – $180,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
