Our Miami office is growing, and we need a Senior Front-End Engineer who can lead technical work from day one. You will work closely with a collaborative software engineering group and report to the software engineering manager. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Miami location.
What you’ll do
- Build responsive, accessible user interfaces in React and TypeScript
- Champion accessibility and usability across the product
- Work with back-end engineers to define clean API contracts
- Measure and improve page performance and Core Web Vitals
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
- Production experience with React or a comparable framework
- Experience writing automated tests for front-end code
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering
- Familiarity with design systems and Figma
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Miami, FL is $125,000 – $159,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
