We are hiring a Senior Front-End Engineer to join our software engineering team in Fort Collins. You will lead technical work on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Fort Collins office.
What you’ll do
- Build responsive, accessible user interfaces in React and TypeScript
- Measure and improve page performance and Core Web Vitals
- Translate designs into reusable components and maintain the shared component library
- Write unit and end-to-end tests for user-facing features
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience writing automated tests for front-end code
- Production experience with React or a comparable framework
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript skills
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Familiarity with design systems and Figma
- Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Fort Collins, CO is $140,000 – $178,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
