The employer is looking for a Senior Field Service Engineer in Oklahoma City, OK. In this role you will lead technical work alongside an experienced mechanical engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Oklahoma City location.
What you’ll do
- Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades
- Install, commission and service equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and software issues
- Document service visits and feed issues back to engineering
- Train customer operators and maintenance staff
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Experience with industrial automation equipment
- Experience servicing medical or semiconductor equipment
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Oklahoma City, OK is $89,000 – $113,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
