As a Senior Electrical Engineer with the employer, you will lead technical work and help shape how the electrical & computer engineering team works. This position is based in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Phoenix location.
What you’ll do
- Support EMC, safety and regulatory testing
- Bring up and validate prototype hardware in the lab
- Capture schematics and guide PCB layout in Altium
- Simulate circuits and perform worst-case analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analog and digital circuit fundamentals
- Ability to read and interpret datasheets
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Experience with power electronics or motor drives
- Experience with UL or IEC certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Phoenix, AZ is $115,000 – $147,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
