We are hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our electrical & computer engineering team in Garland. You will lead technical work on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Garland location.
What you’ll do
- Support EMC, safety and regulatory testing
- Design analog, digital and power circuits for new products
- Maintain bills of materials and work with component suppliers
- Bring up and validate prototype hardware in the lab
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools
- Ability to read and interpret datasheets
- Hands-on experience with lab test equipment
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- Experience with power electronics or motor drives
- Experience with UL or IEC certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Garland, TX is $112,000 – $143,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
