We are hiring a Robotics Engineer to join our mechanical engineering team in Philadelphia. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Philadelphia office.
What you’ll do
- Develop software for robot perception, planning and control
- Write simulation and test tools
- Tune and validate robot performance in the lab and the field
- Work across mechanical, electrical and software teams
- Integrate sensors, actuators and compute hardware
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong C++ or Python skills
- Understanding of kinematics and control
- Hands-on robotics experience
Nice to have
- Graduate degree in robotics
- Experience with SLAM or computer vision
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Philadelphia, PA is $108,000 – $138,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
