We are hiring an RF Engineer to join our electrical & computer engineering team in Minneapolis. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Minneapolis location.
What you’ll do
- Measure performance with network and spectrum analyzers
- Design and characterize RF front ends and antennas
- Simulate RF circuits in Keysight ADS or HFSS
- Calculate link budgets and system requirements
- Support FCC and carrier certification testing
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with RF simulation tools
- Strong RF and microwave fundamentals
- Ability to troubleshoot at the board level
Nice to have
- Graduate degree with an RF focus
- Experience with phased arrays
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Minneapolis, MN is $107,000 – $136,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
