As a Reliability Engineer with the employer, you will work independently and help shape how the mechanical engineering team works. This position is based in Warren, MI. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Warren location.
What you’ll do
- Track and report on equipment availability and mean time between failures
- Develop reliability-centered maintenance strategies for critical equipment
- Run predictive maintenance programs (vibration, thermography, oil analysis)
- Improve preventive maintenance plans in the CMMS
- Analyze failure data and lead root-cause investigations
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with a CMMS such as SAP PM or Maximo
- Experience in an industrial maintenance or reliability role
- Knowledge of FMEA and RCA methods
Nice to have
- Vibration analyst certification
- CMRP certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Warren, MI is $92,000 – $118,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
