The employer is a construction manager and general contractor with a long record of complex builds.
As a Project Engineer with the employer, you will work independently and help shape how the construction engineering team works. This position is based in Cambridge, MA. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Cambridge location.
What you’ll do
- Support closeout documentation
- Manage RFIs, submittals and change orders on commercial construction projects
- Review drawings and specifications for conflicts
- Attend owner and subcontractor meetings and keep minutes
- Coordinate subcontractors and track the project schedule
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with Procore or similar construction software
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Strong organizational skills
Nice to have
- Experience on projects over $20M
- OSHA 30 certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $96,000 – $122,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
