We are hiring a Principal Systems Engineer to join our systems engineering team in Fort Worth. You will set technical direction on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Fort Worth location.
What you’ll do
- Lead technical reviews with customers and suppliers
- Develop and manage system and subsystem requirements
- Define interfaces and maintain interface control documents
- Build system models in SysML
- Plan and track verification and validation activities
- Mentor junior engineers and review their work
- Set technical standards and guide decisions across multiple projects
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong written communication
- Ability to work across disciplines
- Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS or Jama
- A track record of leading projects from scope through delivery
Nice to have
- INCOSE certification
- Experience with Cameo Systems Modeler
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Fort Worth, TX is $150,000 – $191,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
