We are hiring a Petroleum Engineer to join our petroleum engineering team in Lubbock. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Lubbock location.
What you’ll do
- Plan and optimize well completions and production
- Monitor field performance and recommend workovers
- Prepare economic evaluations for development projects
- Coordinate with geoscience and operations teams
- Perform reservoir and decline-curve analysis
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Willingness to visit field locations
- Strong economic analysis skills
- Familiarity with industry software such as Petrel or ARIES
Nice to have
- PE license
- Unconventional reservoir experience
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Lubbock, TX is $124,000 – $158,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
