We are hiring a Network Engineer to join our software engineering team in Grand Prairie. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Grand Prairie office.
What you’ll do
- Automate network changes with Python and Ansible
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot outages
- Document network designs and standards
- Design, build and support enterprise LAN, WAN and data center networks
- Configure routing, switching, firewalls and SD-WAN
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong routing and switching knowledge (BGP, OSPF)
- Clear documentation habits
- Firewall administration experience
Nice to have
- CCNP or CCIE certification
- Experience with cloud networking
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Grand Prairie, TX is $106,000 – $135,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
