We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to join our industrial & manufacturing engineering team in New York. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our New York location.
What you’ll do
- Write work instructions and process documentation
- Support new product introduction on the production floor
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Drive scrap reduction, cycle-time and cost improvements
- Design fixtures, tooling and work cells
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- CAD skills for fixture design
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Working knowledge of lean and continuous improvement
Nice to have
- Experience with automation and robotics
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in New York, NY is $104,000 – $133,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
