We are hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to join our industrial & manufacturing engineering team in Miami. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Miami office.
What you’ll do
- Drive scrap reduction, cycle-time and cost improvements
- Write work instructions and process documentation
- Support new product introduction on the production floor
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Lead PFMEAs and root-cause investigations
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Working knowledge of lean and continuous improvement
- Experience in a production manufacturing environment
Nice to have
- Experience with automation and robotics
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Miami, FL is $75,000 – $95,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
