As a Manufacturing Engineer with the employer, you will work independently and help shape how the industrial & manufacturing engineering team works. This position is based in Mesa, AZ. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Mesa location.
What you’ll do
- Support new product introduction on the production floor
- Drive scrap reduction, cycle-time and cost improvements
- Design fixtures, tooling and work cells
- Write work instructions and process documentation
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in a production manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of lean and continuous improvement
- CAD skills for fixture design
Nice to have
- Experience with automation and robotics
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Mesa, AZ is $83,000 – $105,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
