The employer is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in Glendale, AZ. In this role you will work independently alongside an experienced industrial & manufacturing engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Glendale location.
What you’ll do
- Support new product introduction on the production floor
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Lead PFMEAs and root-cause investigations
- Write work instructions and process documentation
- Design fixtures, tooling and work cells
- Drive scrap reduction, cycle-time and cost improvements
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Working knowledge of lean and continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Experience in a production manufacturing environment
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience with automation and robotics
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Glendale, AZ is $83,000 – $105,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
