The employer is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer in Cleveland, OH. In this role you will work independently alongside an experienced industrial & manufacturing engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Cleveland location.
What you’ll do
- Write work instructions and process documentation
- Design fixtures, tooling and work cells
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing products
- Drive scrap reduction, cycle-time and cost improvements
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- CAD skills for fixture design
- Working knowledge of lean and continuous improvement
- Experience in a production manufacturing environment
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
- Experience with automation and robotics
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Cleveland, OH is $80,000 – $102,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
