As a Machine Learning Engineer with the employer, you will work independently and help shape how the software engineering team works. This position is based in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Fort Worth office.
What you’ll do
- Work with data scientists to move prototypes into reliable systems
- Build feature pipelines and model monitoring
- Train, evaluate and deploy machine learning models into production services
- Optimize model latency and serving cost
- Design offline and online experiments to measure model impact
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or a related field
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Solid understanding of statistics and model evaluation
- Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals
Nice to have
- Graduate degree in a quantitative field
- Experience with large language models or retrieval systems
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Fort Worth, TX is $126,000 – $160,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
