As an Industrial Engineer with the employer, you will work independently and help shape how the industrial & manufacturing engineering team works. This position is based in St. Paul, MN. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our St. Paul location.

- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements
- Build capacity and staffing models
- Run time studies and set labor standards
- Map value streams and lead kaizen events
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge of lean tools
- Experience with layout or simulation software
- Clear communication with operations teams
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with FlexSim or Arena
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in St. Paul, MN is $78,000 – $99,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
