The employer is looking for an Industrial Engineer in Goodyear, AZ. In this role you will work independently alongside an experienced industrial & manufacturing engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Goodyear location.
What you’ll do
- Run time studies and set labor standards
- Design facility layouts and material flow
- Build capacity and staffing models
- Map value streams and lead kaizen events
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
- Knowledge of lean tools
- Experience with layout or simulation software
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with FlexSim or Arena
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Goodyear, AZ is $81,000 – $103,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
