We are hiring an Industrial Engineer to join our industrial & manufacturing engineering team in Austin. You will work independently on projects that matter to our customers. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Austin location.
What you’ll do
- Design facility layouts and material flow
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements
- Build capacity and staffing models
- Map value streams and lead kaizen events
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
- Knowledge of lean tools
- Clear communication with operations teams
Nice to have
- Experience with FlexSim or Arena
- Lean Six Sigma certification
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Austin, TX is $88,000 – $112,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
