The employer is looking for a Hardware Engineer in Savannah, GA. In this role you will work independently alongside an experienced electrical & computer engineering team and take real ownership of your work. This is a full-time, permanent position. This role is on site at our Savannah location.
What you’ll do
- Lead board bring-up and hardware validation
- Design high-speed digital boards with processors, memory and FPGAs
- Drive designs through manufacturing release
- Work with firmware engineers to debug hardware-software issues
- Perform signal and power integrity analysis
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with Cadence or Altium
- Experience designing complex multilayer PCBs
- Lab skills with oscilloscopes and protocol analyzers
Nice to have
- Experience with HyperLynx or similar SI tools
- FPGA development experience
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this position in Savannah, GA is $120,000 – $153,000 per year. Final pay depends on experience, skills and qualifications.
